General remarks about this thread and more
This guide is the translation of a guide first written in German, the original (and constantly updated as well) German version can be found here: (7991852.1).
It should be considered as a help for new managers or managers lacking experience. It is not conceived as a complete tutorial and has the sole ambition to give you an answer to the most frequent and basic questions.
If you! got another question that should be a part of this guide, then send it to us (including the answer) in a ticket using (/help/contact.aspx?InfoInstanceID=10) (in case you don't want to confuse your local Mods: write "@Global Mods" in the title of the ticket).
